Welcome Charlotte – Subject Librarian (Indumiso)

Library Director: Lucille Webster and Charlotte Mdlalose

I am Nokuthula Mdlalose known as Charlotte. I am the new subject librarian for Civil Engineering, Education and Nursing, based at the Indumiso Campus library. I am very happy to have joined a reputable institution such as DUT. My past library experience includes working as a periodicals head-of-section and also as a subject librarian.

I am actively involved in the Library and Information Association of South Africa (LIASA) where I have served as branch membership officer, as treasurer and currently as the interim treasurer of the Information and Communications Technology (ICT) interest group.

I look forward to making my contribution to the library team and providing services to the DUT community to the best of my ability. I also look forward to learning as much as possible about DUT as an institution of higher learning.
