Publish in Taylor and Francis journals without paying article processing charges (APCs)

DUT Library is happy to announce that we have now added the Taylor & Francis (T&F) journals to the list of transformational agreements that are available to DUT community. The three-year transformational agreement (2024 – 2026) with T&F enables DUT researchers to publish their research in reputable and high impact publications, without incurring any article processing charges (APCs). DUT researchers can now publish in 2000 T&F hybrid journals from the Social Sciences & Humanities and Science and Technology Packages. T&F fully open access journals are not covered in the free APC package, however, a 10 % discount is offered to researchers if they wish to publish in any of the T&F fully open access journals.

Eligibility:

For DUT researchers to qualify for the free APC, the following conditions should be met:

a) The DUT staff member should be the corresponding author

b)  A declaration of the affiliation as the Durban University of Technology

c) The Durban University of Technology email address should be used in the submission
