Student Multi-Factor Authentication and Self Service Password Reset
DUT has enabled MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) and SSPR (Self Service Password Reset) for all student email accounts. This means that all students will have access to securely change their email passwords and/or unlock their accounts. Students can choose to either authenticate via the Microsoft Authenticator app, or authenticate via their mobile phone (receiving an sms).
