Message from the Library Director

DUT Library staff have stepped up to the plate to continue to deliver services, albeit remotely. Academic and support staff are encouraged to make contact with our librarians who are available online from 08h00 to 16h00, daily.  Make use of facilities like our Ask a Librarian http://libanswers.dut.ac.za/ , use LIVECHAT or simply email your Faculty Librarian. The Subject guides developed by the librarians are also useful starting points for your students, academics and researchers.  Our Library IT staff  are also available to attend to student IT queries, and other library related queries. While our physical buildings are closed, our library services continue. Our staff are here to support you in accessing online content from the collection, to offer research consultations, and to collaborate with you on information literacy instruction. We have a vast collection of resources and services that you can access and remain committed to our mission of equitable service delivery and educational resources for every member of the DUT community.
