SASSE Survey Winners – 2016 Announcement
Dear SASSE Survey student winners,
From the 70 SASSE prize winners, only 11 claimed for their prize last year and only 9 have submitted their claim documents this year. To those who haven’t claimed, this is a reminder to please check your Dut4life email (from Kwanele) and complete the EFT payment claim form and email it back to her on kwaneles1@dut.ac.za along with a one month bank statement as proof of bank details so that your payment can be processed into the account. Multiple reminders have been sent to your emails. Please do this by the 28th of February 2017, if you don’t submit before/on this date you will no longer be able to claim your prize.
