EndNote is a software program produced by Clarivate for both Windows and Macintosh operating systems. It is a bibliographic management package used to manage your referencing. EndNote helps you to:

The University subscribes to EndNote therefore registered students and staff have access to the software.

Statistical Package for the Social Sciences, or SPSS, is the world's leading statistical software, used by various kinds of researchers for complex statistical data analysis. It offers a user-friendly interface and a robust set of features that lets you quickly extract actionable insights from your data.

What is it? QuestionPro, a powerful online survey research tool available to all faculty, staff, and students at the Durban University of Technology. Using QuestionPro, you can design simple to complex surveys in a web browser, distribute the survey, run frequencies as it continues to collect data, and then download your data. For in-depth analysis, you can export your data to SPSS, CSV, or Excel file. 

What can I use it for? Students, faculty, and staff can use QuestionPro for university-related academic or administrative purposes. It is also one of the rare commercial tools that any member of the university community can use for the benefit of outside organizations, even for-profit ones. The users can use QuestionPro for creating Surveys, Web Forms, Offline Research Studies and Data Collection and Survey Data Analytics.
